SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shopdora's shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods and room dimensions. (You can always see your shipping price on the checkout page.)

There is free shipping on purchases over DKK 500. for customers in Denmark.

You can also choose to collect your products directly from the store at Værnedamsvej 6, 1619 Copenhagen.

Shipments to Denmark and abroad are mainly sent with Postnord and GLS.

DELIVERY TIME
We have most items in stock, and delivery takes place as quickly as possible - usually within 1-3 days, but we always endeavor to send the same day for items ordered before 12 noon.

(However, in connection with sending out special offers and during sales, the delivery time may be longer)

- When your package leaves us, an email is automatically sent to you notifying you of this.

DELIVERY ABROAD
Shopdora ships worldwide.

Our sales abroad are initially targeted at Danes abroad, and all texts on our website are therefore written in Danish. Otherwise, we have had a lot of luck with google translate - it can at least give an indication of what we are trying to communicate.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
When your package leaves us, an email with a tracking number is automatically sent. Our delivery company will also contact you - by SMS and email.

Your package should then be with you within a few days.

If you do not receive your package, we would like you to contact us immediately so that we can help you find out where your package is.

If your package is not picked up before the deadline and is thereby returned to us, we will immediately deposit the money into your account again - with the exception of the shipping costs. If you then want the package resent, it unfortunately costs an additional shipping fee.
