Crow Canyon is an American company that has been producing enamel since 1979. Enamel is made of two layers of porcelain that are laid as a surface on steel, resulting in a glossy and durable material. The enamel will not be damaged if it falls, but small chips may occur. The steel will oxidize, but the enamel will - despite any rejections. remain safe to use for food.
